Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami on Thursday approved several development and infrastructure projects across the state.
The Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami sanctioned Rs 5.39 crore for the construction of a new air traffic control (ATC) tower at the Doon Helidrome in Tarla Nagal, Dehradun district.
Additionally, Rs 2.35 crore from the State Contingency Fund has been allocated to various districts to support the implementation of the Jan-Jan Ki Sarkar, Jan-Jan Ke Dwar campaign.
Pushkar Dhami Sanctions Rs 10.66 Cr for Disaster Management
For disaster preparedness, Rs 10.66 crore has been approved for the Disaster Management Department to upgrade communication systems for the 2025–26 financial year, according to the Chief Minister’s Office.
Under the Kashipur Municipal Corporation, funds have been approved for the construction of high-tech public toilets at three locations:
- Tanda Tiraha – seven-seater facility costing Rs 63.32 lakh
- Chaiti Tiraha – nine-seater facility costing Rs 69.82 lakh
- Chaiti Mela Ground – nine-seater facility costing Rs 76.87 lakh

Other approvals include Rs 1.58 crore for the construction of the Nagar Panchayat office in Tapovan, Tehri Garhwal, and Rs 11.31 lakh for the first phase of a multi-storey parking facility near Deval Bazaar (Taxi Stand) in Tharali Assembly constituency.
In addition, the Kunigad-Hiruli Bazaar to Rampur-Chaukhutiya motor road in Chaukhutiya Block, Almora district, has been named in honor of martyr Subedar Bhawanidatt Joshi (Sena Medal).
