According to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, a plan would be created to turn Uttarakhand into a global spiritual hub. During the silver jubilee celebrations, he instructed the departmental staff to draft an action plan based on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recommendations.

As the cornerstone of the development blueprint for the ensuing 25 years, the state government has begun to take Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recommendations from the silver jubilee celebrations of the creation of the state of Uttarakhand into consideration. According to Chief Minister Dhami, the Prime Minister’s opinions unmistakably direct Uttarakhand’s overall development. Spirituality, tourism, and natural resources are the state’s lifeblood. It is possible to turn Uttarakhand into a spiritual capital of the world.

In each state assembly seat, the chief minister ordered that yoga kendras, ayurvedic kendras, naturopathy institutes, and homestays be combined to provide a comprehensive tourism and wellness package. Every thriving community should be transformed into a tiny tourist attraction that promotes regional cuisine, customs, and handicrafts. To promote the state’s local fairs and festivals internationally, a district one fair campaign will be started. As a horticultural center, the hill regions ought to be promoted to grow kiwis, blueberries, and medicinal and herbal plants.

By enabling MSMEs involved in food processing, handicrafts, and organic products, new job possibilities should be generated. The Integrated Development Policy should promote adventure, ecotourism, pilgrimage, and Baramasi tourism. to create five to seven key locations in order to make Uttarakhand a popular destination for weddings worldwide. A tangible plan should be developed to introduce the state’s products to both domestic and foreign markets under the House of Himalayas brand and GI-taged products. According to the Prime Minister’s vision, India would be developed by 2047, and Uttarakhand has the capacity to take the lead in this regard. He requested that the officials work together to create a comprehensive roadmap and timeline-based action plan so that recommendations may be implemented.
