Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath described the bulldozer as a symbol of the state’s power, representing not only rapid infrastructure growth, including expressway projects, but also strict action against mafia elements. Speaking at the event Viksit Bharat Samriddh UP Conclave, CM Yogi said that the bulldozer and the BrahMos missile are complementary symbols rather than contradictory. He added that the bulldozer reflects the will of the people demanding action against criminal elements in the state.

On the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile, the Chief Minister termed it a symbol of India’s strategic strength. He issued a stern warning to adversaries, stating that any attempt to challenge India’s sovereignty would be met with a decisive response.

CM Yogi also praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for India’s economic growth during his tenure. He highlighted that India is the fastest-growing economy, while Pakistan lags far behind, noting that even Uttar Pradesh’s economy surpasses Pakistan’s in size.

Addressing the event, Rajnath Singh stated that BrahMos is more than a supersonic cruise missile; it is a testament to India’s expanding indigenous defence capabilities and technological confidence. He praised the missile system’s performance during Operation Sindoor.

“The missile combines a traditional warhead with an advanced guidance system, capable of striking long distances at supersonic speeds. This blend of speed, precision, and power makes BrahMos one of the best missile systems globally, forming a backbone of our Armed Forces,” the Defence Minister said.

He added, “Operation Sindoor has demonstrated our habit of victory and highlighted the need to further strengthen our capabilities. The operation was just a trailer, showing Pakistan what may follow.”
