During the interaction, Sanjeev Arora announced a major infrastructure push, stating that by the end of May, around 2120 kilometers of city roads will be constructed at a cost of ₹1300 crore. The Patiala industrial development plan also includes improved connectivity to support trade, logistics, and business operations.

He further revealed that a new Industrial Park Policy will soon be introduced. According to him, the Patiala industrial development strategy is focused on providing modern facilities, infrastructure, and support systems to attract new investments in the region.
The minister added that the government is working to ensure that industrial growth goes hand in hand with infrastructure development. The Patiala industrial development initiative is expected to strengthen Punjab’s overall economic framework and create new employment opportunities.
