Goyal laid the foundation stones for the concrete lining of Rasouli Minor, Karmgarh Link-2 Canal, Choa Link-2 Canal, and Minor No. 3 and 5, as well as Bishangrah and Atalan Minors. According to the Cabinet Minister, local farmers in Shutrana will now receive 1.5 times more canal water than before.
