Sunam (Punjab): Punjab Cabinet Minister and Aam Aadmi Party state president Aman Arora today laid the foundation stone for a new irrigation initiative in Akbarpur village under the Ghaggar branch canal system. The Moga Project aims to strengthen canal water supply and improve irrigation facilities for farmers in the region.
Moga Project to Improve Irrigation for Farmers
The Moga Project is expected to provide assured canal water to around 250 farmer families, ensuring better irrigation for their agricultural fields. The project will help farmers meet their water requirements more efficiently and reduce dependence on groundwater sources.
