The Punjab Gangster Raid campaign continued with large-scale operations across the state as authorities conducted raids at 625 locations, leading to the arrest of 348 individuals, according to information shared by AAP Punjab on its official X page.
The latest Punjab Gangster Raid operation forms part of the state-level campaign aimed at cracking down on organised crime and strengthening law enforcement. During the coordinated raids, officials also recovered three weapons, further intensifying efforts to curb criminal activities.
According to the information shared by AAP Punjab, the campaign has so far resulted in 46,357 arrests, highlighting the scale of the ongoing enforcement drive against gangster networks across Punjab.

Statewide Crackdown Continues
The Punjab Gangster Raid initiative has entered its 171st day, with authorities carrying out coordinated search operations across multiple districts. The campaign is focused on identifying and taking action against individuals allegedly involved in organised crime while maintaining law and order throughout the state.
Officials continue to conduct intelligence-based raids and surveillance as part of the state’s broader strategy to dismantle criminal networks.

War Against Drugs Also Intensifies
Alongside the anti-gang operations, Punjab’s ongoing War Against Drugs also witnessed significant action. On the 496th day of the campaign, authorities arrested 59 drug peddlers, taking the total number of drug peddlers arrested so far to 72,813.
The government has stated that simultaneous action against organised crime and drug trafficking remains a key priority in its efforts to improve public safety.
With thousands of arrests made under both campaigns, the Punjab Gangster Raid continues to be a major component of Punjab’s law enforcement strategy. Authorities have indicated that such operations will continue as part of the state’s sustained efforts to combat organised crime and illegal drug networks.
