Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains regularizes 21 PSEB contract staff, providing job security, dignity, and government benefits.

Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains distributed regularization certificates to 21 contract workers who were employed by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB).

Using the “Policy for Welfare of Adhoc, Contractual, Daily Wages, Work-Charged and Temporary Employees,” Bains reported that 16 packers, 2 cooks, 2 waiters, and a driver had been incorporated into the government workforce.

Bains expressed his sincere congratulations to the staff, saying, “These letters are about handing over dignity, job security, and social respect to individuals who have been the vital part of our system.” Our moral and electoral commitment to guarantee that no eligible employee is left in a situation of eternal uncertainty is fulfilled by this regularization. The stability and benefits they so richly deserve will now be provided for their unwavering devotion.

The Education Minister underlined that this move goes beyond administrative action and embodies a fundamental tenet of the state government led by Chief Minister Mann: to safeguard its workers and offer fair possibilities for advancement. Senior authorities, including Dr. Amarpal Singh, the chairman of the Punjab School Education Board, were also in attendance.
