The Mann government health model in Punjab has reported significant achievements, claiming that more than 2.26 lakh precious lives have been saved in just five months. The information was shared via the official communication channels of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab.
Officials stated that the Mann government health model is being recognized as one of the most effective public healthcare systems in the country due to its large-scale free treatment services and improved access to medical care for citizens.
Free Treatments Worth ₹632.50 Crore Delivered
Under the Punjab government health model, as many as 3,65,340 treatment procedures were provided completely free of cost, amounting to ₹632.50 crore in healthcare support. Authorities said this reflects the government’s focus on reducing financial burden on patients.
The Mann government health model has reportedly ensured that patients no longer need to take loans or make financial compromises for medical treatment, especially in critical health conditions.

They further added that the Punjab government health model has helped families avoid distress financing and informal agreements for treatment expenses, improving overall healthcare accessibility.

The government claims that the Mann health model is strengthening Punjab’s healthcare infrastructure by expanding free treatment coverage and improving hospital services across the state.
