According to officials, the adoption of the Punjab Right to Business Act by Chandigarh is expected to significantly improve the ease of doing business in the region and attract new investments.
Bhagwant Mann said that the RTB Act reflects the government’s commitment to building a strong industrial ecosystem and making Punjab one of the most preferred investment destinations in India.
Chandigarh’s Decision Strengthens Punjab Model
By adopting the Punjab Right to Business Act, Chandigarh has become one of the first Union Territories to formally implement this reform-oriented framework.
