Punjab Republic Day 2026: CM Mann, Governor Kataria & ministers to hoist flags across Patiala, Hoshiarpur, Sangrur, Barnala & other districts.

On January 26, 2026, the state-level Republic Day celebration will take place at Patiala, where Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria will unfurling the national flag and accepting the salute from March Past. At Hoshiarpur, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann would raise the flag. The flag would be unfurled at Sangrur by Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan and at Barnala by Punjab Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Jai Kishan Rauri.

A Punjab Government spokesperson revealed the schedule of all Cabinet Ministers, stating that Dr. Balbir Singh at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Dr. Baljit Kaur at Ferozepur, Sanjeev Arora at Faridkot, Hardeep Singh Mundian at Amritsar, Lal Chand at Malerkotla, Laljit Singh Bhullar at Sri Muktsar Sahib, Harjot Singh Bains at Fazilka, Harbhajan Singh at Ludhiana, Barinder Kumar Goyal at Jalandhar, Tarunpreet Singh Sond at Roopnagar, Dr. Ravjot Singh at Mansa, Gurmeet Singh Khudian at Tarn Taran, and Mohinder Singh Bhagat would unfurl the flag at S.A.S. Nagar.
