Urban development efforts have been accelerated as Balbir Singh announced the start of construction work on approximately 52 kilometers of roads in Urban State Phases 1, 2, and 3. This initiative is part of the broader Development Project in Punjab, focused on strengthening basic infrastructure.
The Development Project in Punjab is being carried out at an estimated cost of around ₹10 crore, and the newly constructed roads will come with a five-year maintenance guarantee, ensuring long-term durability and improved connectivity for residents.
