Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday visited the sacred Gurdwara Sri Jotisar Sahib, where he participated in the concluding ceremony of Sri Akhand Path Sahib. The Chief Minister bowed his head at the historic Sikh shrine, also known as the Sixth Throne associated with Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, and offered prayers during the religious gathering.
During his visit to Gurdwara Sri Jotisar Sahib, Bhagwant Mann expressed gratitude towards Guru Sahib for guiding the state government in its decision to bring strict laws against sacrilege. He stated that the blessings of the Guru inspire him to work towards justice, peace, and the protection of religious sentiments across Punjab.

Ardas at Gurdwara Sri Jotisar Sahib for Punjab’s Progress, Sarbat da Bhala, and Vision of ‘Rangla Punjab’
At Gurdwara Sri Jotisar Sahib, an Ardas was performed for the progress and prosperity of Punjab. Prayers were also offered for “Sarbat da Bhala,” reflecting the Sikh principle of welfare for all. The Chief Minister further prayed for restoring Punjab’s cultural vibrancy, often described as “Rangla Punjab,” symbolizing a prosperous, peaceful, and thriving state.
ਅੱਜ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਜੋਤੀਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ (ਛੇਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ) ਵਿਖੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਭੋਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸੁਭਾਗ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
ਮੀਰੀ-ਪੀਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਸਥਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਣ ਲਈ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੁਕਰਾਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
