Baljit Kaur clarified that issues falling within the purview of her department would be addressed promptly through a time-bound mechanism. She added that matters requiring decisions at the government level would be taken up with the concerned authorities at the earliest to ensure appropriate solutions.

Referring to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s vision of a “Rangla Punjab,” the Minister said inclusive development was essential to building a vibrant and progressive state. She emphasised that the dream of a prosperous Punjab could not be realised without ensuring dignity, equality and justice for the SC and BC communities.

“A truly Rangla Punjab will emerge only when every household prospers, every individual feels confident, and equal opportunities are available to all sections of society,” she said.
