War Against Drugs Campaign Gets Push as Balbir Singh Flags Off Outreach Vehicles in Patiala

Punjab Health Minister Balbir Singh strengthened the ongoing War Against Drugs campaign by flagging off two awareness e-auto-rickshaws at the Panchayat Bhawan in Patiala. The initiative aims to spread awareness about drug abuse and promote a drug-free society across the state.

While inaugurating the initiative, the minister waved the green flag to launch the e-auto-rickshaws, which will travel across different areas to educate people about the harmful effects of drugs. The War Against Drugs campaign is being actively promoted by the Punjab government to curb substance abuse and encourage community participation.

War Against Drugs Campaign: Balbir Singh Stresses Grassroots Awareness Through E-Auto Outreach Vehicles

Balbir Singh said that these awareness vehicles will play an important role in reaching villages, towns, and urban areas, making the War Against Drugs campaign more impactful at the grassroots level. He emphasized that public awareness is a key pillar in defeating the drug menace.

The minister further stated that the government is committed to building a healthy and drug-free Punjab. Through initiatives like this under the War Against Drugs campaign, the administration is focusing on education, awareness, and rehabilitation to support affected individuals and families.
