The political atmosphere in Punjab intensified as the Confidence Motion introduced in the Vidhan Sabha became a key point of discussion. Punjab AAP President and Cabinet Minister Aman Arora extended strong support to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, backing the government during the session.
Speaking on the Confidence Motion, Aman Arora said it was necessary to counter opposition narratives and clarify the government’s strong mandate. He remarked that the opposition has often relied on political instability tactics, while the ruling party remains united and focused on governance.

He also referred to the phrase “Aya Ram, Gaya Ram,” stating that it emerged due to frequent defections within opposition ranks, not within the ruling party. Arora emphasized that the Confidence Motion reflects the strength and stability of the Mann-led government.

Highlighting public support, he added that nearly 3 crore people of Punjab continue to trust the government’s policies and development agenda. According to him, the Confidence Motion is not just a legislative formality but a clear statement of unity and public mandate.
