Ongoing Political Tussle: AAP slams Akali Dal of Linking with Criminal Elements Ahead of Elections

AAP leaders have repeatedly accused the Akali Dal of compromising governance and public safety by associating with individuals with criminal backgrounds.

Political analysts say that AAP’s criticism comes at a time when the party is consolidating its position in Punjab and pushing for transparency and accountability in governance. The focus on exposing alleged links between political parties and criminal networks is likely to become a major talking point in the state’s political discourse in the coming months.
With the appointment of Kanchanpreet by the Akali Dal, the AAP has intensified its scrutiny of the opposition, arguing that such decisions undermine public trust and the principles of clean governance.
