Punjab’s Mann government has taken a significant step in its education reform agenda with the launch of Mission Samarth, a new initiative aimed at revolutionizing government schools across the state. The program was inaugurated with an address by Cabinet Minister Harjot Bains, who emphasized the government’s dedication to enhancing educational infrastructure.
Minister Bains stated that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is the first political party in Punjab to place government schools at the center of its policy agenda. “Today, under Mission Samarth, schools are consistently receiving grants to improve facilities, demonstrating the Mann government’s genuine commitment to education,” he said.

The Mission Samarth initiative focuses on upgrading school buildings, providing better learning resources, and ensuring students have access to a conducive learning environment.
