During the session, Dr. Mohan Yadav extended his congratulations and best wishes to Deputy Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Finance Minister Shri Jagdish Devda and the entire Finance Department team for the upcoming Budget 2026–27, scheduled to be presented in the Legislative Assembly.

CM Mohan Yadav Calls Budget 2026–27 Historic, Focused on Welfare and Industrial Growth
In his pre-cabinet address, the Chief Minister Mohan Yadav described the forthcoming budget as historic, emphasizing that it reflects a commitment to progress while ensuring inclusivity. Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that the budget prioritizes the welfare of the poor, youth, farmers (Annadata), and women, in alignment with the Central Government’s guiding principle of ‘GYAN’ (Garib, Yuva, Annadata, Nari). He also highlighted that the budget would support the expansion of industrial activities across the state, aiming for balanced growth and development.
