Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini urges officers to address citizen grievances promptly, with 1.35 lakh complaints resolved via Samadhan Shivir and CM Window.
Public service is the cornerstone of effective governance, according to Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, who has instructed personnel to make sure that every citizen who comes to government offices with a grievance is treated with respect and is satisfied.
Saini, who chaired the Gurugram district public relations and grievance redressal committee meeting, stated that promptly, openly, and sensitively addressing public grievances is not only an administrative obligation but also a moral one that needs to be given high priority.

Twelve of the 16 objections that were brought up at the conference were immediately remedied. The other four issues were to remain unresolved until the following meeting. The chief minister also gave the relevant officers instructions to provide thorough status updates.
The chief minister stated that regular Samadhan Shivir camps are held every Monday and Thursday at the district and subdivision levels, highlighting the government’s dedication to prompt grievance settlement. He reported that approximately 30,000 of the 40,000 complaints that have been received through these camps thus far have been effectively handled.
He added that about 1.35 lakh of the 1.42 lakh complaints he personally received have been resolved.
According to the chief minister, only matters that are sub judice or involve family problems that need to be resolved through legal procedures are still outstanding. Grievances that are registered on the CM Window portal are also being handled quickly.
The chief minister ordered a thorough investigation against the manager of Jatoli Mandi PACS after taking serious notice of a complaint from Chhilarki village in the Pataudi district. In addition to accusations of poor behavior and arbitrary methods in fertilizer distribution, the complainant claimed that the manager’s working style causes farmers to have a difficult time acquiring fertilizer.
