Haryana CM Nayab Saini Performs Jalabhishek at Nalhar Mahadev Temple on Mahashivratri

Chief Minister prays for peace and progress, urges unity and harmony among citizens on the sacred festival.

Nuh: Marking the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini visited the revered Nalhar Mahadev Temple in Nuh district, where he offered prayers to Lord Shiva and performed the traditional ritual of Jalabhishek.

The Chief Minister Nayab Saini sought divine blessings for peace, prosperity and continued progress of Haryana. During his visit, he also received prasad at the temple premises and interacted with devotees who had gathered to celebrate the sacred festival.

Extending warm greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Mahashivratri, Saini described the festival as a symbol of deep faith, devotion and spiritual strength. Nayab Saini expressed confidence that Lord Shiva’s blessings would continue to guide Haryana on the path of sustained development, harmony and collective well-being.

Emphasising the importance of social unity, the Chief Minister Saini  urged citizens to uphold the values of brotherhood, mutual respect and communal harmony. He called upon people to celebrate the festival with devotion and positivity while strengthening the bonds that unite society.

Mahashivratri, one of the most significant festivals dedicated to Lord Shiva, is celebrated with great enthusiasm across Haryana, with devotees observing fasts, offering prayers and performing special rituals in temples throughout the state.
