Free Dialysis Services Launched in Government Hospitals
The Chief Minister Nayab Saini highlighted that the government’s manifesto is more than a document—it serves as a guiding principle for governance. Out of the 217 promises made in 2024, 60 have been fulfilled within a year, while work on 120 is actively ongoing. Since the formation of the new cabinet on October 17, 2024, the government has fulfilled its promise to provide employment to youth by immediately offering jobs to 25,000 young people. Additionally, free dialysis services have been introduced in all government hospitals from October 18, 2024.
Continued Initiatives for Women and Farmers
CM Nayab Saini also noted that the Common Eligibility Test (CET) was successfully conducted in the state, with nearly 1.3 million candidates participating. Special arrangements were made to transport students from their homes to exam centers, earning praise from parents. Highlighting agriculture, he said Haryana has become the first state in India to procure 24 crops at Minimum Support Price (MSP). The government continues initiatives like providing subsidized LPG cylinders at ₹500 for low-income families and offering financial assistance to women under the ‘Lado Lakshmi Yojana.’ A total of ₹5,000 crore has been allocated for this scheme, and four installments have already been disbursed. The Chief Minister stressed that all government schemes are designed to reach citizens directly and efficiently.

Budget Planning Reflects Public Participation
Nayab Saini emphasized that previous governments failed to listen to farmers and citizens, but the current administration has earned public trust. He noted that the last budget was based on public suggestions rather than just government priorities. Out of 1,592 suggestions received, 706 were incorporated. For the 2025–26 budget, 13 meetings with various stakeholders were held, resulting in 2,199 public suggestions being considered.

The CM Nayab Saini also mentioned that an AI chatbot initiative has collected over 12,400 suggestions from citizens, which continues to inform policymaking. He assured that the upcoming budget will align with public aspirations and lay the foundation for a developed future.
