He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to the holistic development of Gurugram and the timely resolution of citizens’ grievances. The Chief Minister stressed continuous monitoring of public complaints to ensure both prompt relief and smooth execution of development projects.

CM Nayab Saini was presiding over a meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee in Gurugram. Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh, Pataudi MLA Bimla Chaudhary, and Sohna MLA Tejpal Tanwar were also present.

During the meeting, 17 complaints were addressed, out of which 12 were resolved immediately, while the remaining five were instructed to be followed up in the next session, with officers required to present detailed status reports.

Highlighting specific cases, the Chief Minister Nayab Saini  took note of the poor condition of the road from Umang Bhardwaj Chowk in Sector-10A via Gadoli up to Dwarka Expressway. He directed concerned authorities to make the road pothole-free within 24 hours and to remove any encroachments immediately. He instructed that all repairs, regardless of the responsible department—HSIIDC, Municipal Corporation, or GMDA—must be completed within one month to ensure safe motorable roads.

In follow-up action on a complaint from Carnation Residency RWA, Sector-85, the Chief Minister noted that the private land obstructing road connectivity had now been acquired by the builder, and the removal of old structures has begun. Within two weeks, a 24-metre-wide connecting road will be constructed, linking directly to Sector-86 main road and Dwarka Expressway.
