Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Pravin Ram on Sunday slammed the government for allegedly prioritizing corporate interests over the welfare of farmers. Speaking on social media, he questioned why crores are being allocated to corporate houses like the Tatas while farmers, described as the “world’s father,” are being neglected.

Pravin Ram stated, “The government has crores for the Tatas, but not even a single rupee for the farmers. If this is not injustice, then what is it called? By withholding the money earned from the farmer’s sweat, whom is the government serving?”

Pravin Ram further criticized the lack of support for groundnut farmers, pointing out, “If the price of groundnuts is not paid and no assistance is provided, then what is the use of these big claims of development?”
