Gujarat: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP Gujarat ) on Tuesday submitted applications across multiple districts in the state, urging authorities to cancel the recently proposed India-US trade deal. The party raised concerns that the agreement could cause significant losses to industrial units, farmers, cattle rearers, and traders.
AAP Gujarat Warns India-US Trade Deal Could Harm Local Industries and Farmers
AAP Gujarat leaders argued that the trade deal, while aimed at strengthening bilateral economic relations, could adversely affect local industries and agricultural sectors by increasing competition and exposing small-scale producers to unfair market pressures.

The party submitted formal applications in key districts, calling on the state administration to reconsider the implications of the deal on the livelihoods of thousands of residents dependent on farming, livestock, and trade.
