New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday raised serious concerns regarding alleged irregularities by private schools in the national capital, highlighting issues faced by students just a day before their board examinations. According to AAP Delhi’s official X (formerly Twitter) page, Apeejay School reportedly withheld admit cards of students, effectively blocking their ability to appear for exams.

AAP leaders accused the school management of blackmailing students and raised questions about the alleged complicity of the Rekha Gupta-led Delhi government in protecting the private school authorities. The party demanded immediate intervention from the Chief Minister to ensure that no student is denied the right to appear for exams due to administrative or financial disputes.

In their social media post, AAP also questioned the whereabouts of Rekha Gupta and Ashish Sood (BJP), urging the government to take prompt action against malpractices and safeguard students’ interests.

The party emphasized that withholding admit cards is a serious violation of students’ rights and called for strict accountability of school managements and government authorities who fail to enforce regulations.
