New Delhi – Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal has strongly criticized the Union Budget 2026-27, calling it “jobless and inflationary” and warning that it fails to address the country’s most pressing issue—unemployment.

In a statement shared on social media, Arvind Kejriwal said:

“The budget has come, but the biggest problem in the country is unemployment, and this budget has no blueprint for providing employment. This budget will only increase inflation and unemployment.”

AAP Chief Raises Concerns Over Youth and Middle Class

Arvind Kejriwal emphasized that the budget does not provide a roadmap for job creation, leaving millions of unemployed youth without hope. He also warned that rising inflation will put additional pressure on middle-class families, whose daily expenses are already strained.

“This budget completely ignores the aspirations of our youth and does not provide solutions to the unemployment crisis. It is a disappointment for families across the country who are looking for relief and opportunities,” he added.

AAP Calls for Inclusive Policies

The AAP chief’s statement reflects the party’s ongoing demand for inclusive governance policies that prioritize employment, economic security, and affordable living. According to the party, the government must focus on creating new jobs, boosting small businesses, and controlling inflation, rather than presenting a budget that ignores the struggles of ordinary citizens.

Public Reaction

The statement from Arvind Kejriwal has already sparked discussions on social media, with citizens expressing concern over the lack of employment-focused measures in the budget. Several youth groups and economic experts have echoed similar sentiments, calling for urgent policy reforms.

AAP has reaffirmed its commitment to advocate for job creation, economic support for middle-class families, and targeted welfare schemes that can make a tangible difference in citizens’ lives.
