Bihar CM Nitish Kumar ’s Seven Resolves Part 3 invites citizens to submit suggestions online or via letter by Jan 4, 2026, to improve public services, safety, and daily life.

Patna: As part of its Seven Resolves Part 3 program, the Bihar government has started a citizen-centric project that invites locals to offer recommendations for enhancing government services and reducing daily obstacles. According to the administration of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the action is intended to get the state closer to its objective of ranking among the most developed in India by 2025–2030.

Under Resolve 7, “Respect for All, Easy Life,” the initiative looks for methods to make government services more approachable and sensitive to the demands of the populace. Residents are being asked for their opinions on topics like safe pedestrian traffic, eldercare services, home delivery of important documents, and quicker access to hospitals. Roads, sanitation, energy, water supply, and health services are examples of more general community problems that can be addressed by suggestions.

According to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, “the initiative allows citizens to communicate their experiences and needs to the government directly.” “We will give priority to constructive suggestions that make residents’ lives easier.”

The submission process has been streamlined, allowing citizens to submit proposals online via a QR code or by letter. Submissions must be made by January 4, 2026. Every recommendation will be examined, and a phased action plan will be created to put workable solutions into practice.

The Secretariat asked participants to describe their issues and possible solutions in a clear and succinct manner. In order to strengthen the role of citizen participation in Bihar’s development, officials emphasized that every recommendation will be taken into account in the government’s planning.

The state government hopes to improve service delivery in both rural and urban areas, increase direct engagement with locals, and make everyone’s daily lives safer and more convenient with this project.

Before the deadline in January, citizens who would like to contribute are urged to submit their ideas to the Chief Secretary at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Patna.
