Patna: Ahead of the Bihar Legislative Assembly Budget Session, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today paid a courtesy visit to the state’s top legislative authorities. He met Dr. Prem Kumar, the Hon’ble Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, and Shri Awadhesh Narayan Singh, the Hon’ble Chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council.
