Yuzvendra Chahal denies rumors of appearing on reality show ‘The 50’, calling reports speculative and factually incorrect.
Yuzvendra Chahal, an Indian cricket player, finds himself suddenly popular for non-cricket-related reasons.
The bowler was reportedly getting ready to enter the realm of reality television, according to a wave of internet rumors that sparked intense debate among fans and entertainment viewers.
However, Chahal has strongly denied the allegations, calling the reports “speculative and factually incorrect.” The cricket player was forced to openly confront the circulating charges as the rumors gained traction on social media and entertainment portals.
The 50, a brand-new Indian reality program that will premiere on February 1, 2026, was the focus of the rumors.
Chahal Addresses ‘The 50’ Rumors
“There is no truth to the reports currently circulating about Yuzvendra Chahal’s participation in any reality show,” Yuzvendra Chahal wrote in a statement posted on his Instagram story. These assertions are untrue and speculative. There are no talks or obligations of this kind, and Yuzvendra is not connected to the show that has been the subject of recent reports.

Chahal was reportedly one of the participants scheduled to appear on the show. Even more rumors circulated that he would be spotted with his ex-wife, Dhanashree Verma, in what was supposed to be an on-screen reunion.
The alleged relationship between Chahal and Dhanashree is a very delicate and attention-grabbing subject because they were married in 2020 and divorced four years later.
The spinner, who was previously a vital member of the playing XI, has recently been benched from the national squad. He should, however, be seen playing for the Punjab Kings (PBKS) team in the 2026 Indian Premier League, which is anticipated to start in a few months.
