Samsung aims for October debut for the Galaxy Tab S10 series.

Samsung held one of its largest launch events in recent memory last week, introducing the Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 foldables, the Galaxy Watch7 and Ultra smartwatches, the Galaxy Ring, and the Buds3/3 Pro.

We usually get new Galaxy Tab series members around this time of year, but that was not the case at last week’s Unpacked presentation.

According to Max Jambor, Samsung will now try to push tablet releases into the fall, with the Tab S10 series set to appear in October.

According to rumors, the Tab S10 series will initially have two devices: a Tab S10+ and an Ultra variant. Last month, a batch of Tab S10 Ultra renders surfaced, revealing a design that is nearly identical to the Tab S9 Ultra.

While official details are limited, reports suggest that the Galaxy Tab S10 series will remain with the current design concept. However, there may be some internal changes, including the adoption of a MediaTek chip in select variants. Rumors also point to the disappearance of the smallest display size choice in the new lineup.

Not only that, but other design elements will also remain the same on the Tab S10 Ultra as the Tab S9 Ultra. On the front, it will get a notch housing a dual front-facing camera. The details of the rear camera are not known, but a wide sensor and an ultra-wide angle sensor will be available on the Ultra, as per the leaked renders.

Samsung’s flagship tablet is rumored to include a 14.9-inch AMOLED display and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU.

The Galaxy Tab S10+ is speculated to employ a Dimensity 9300+ SoC, making it the first Samsung tablet to use a MediaTek processor. That smartphone is also believed to include a 12.4-inch screen and 12GB of RAM.
