Gujrat, Oct 31 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi continued his tradition of celebrating Diwali with the Indian armed forces by visiting the Sir Creek area in Gujarat’s Kutch region on Thursday. After honoring Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary at the National Unity Day event in Kevadia, Modi traveled to the remote Lakki Nala post in Sir Creek to spend time with personnel from the Border Security Force (BSF), Army, Navy, and Air Force, bringing Diwali cheer to troops stationed in this challenging area.
In his address during the National Unity Day celebrations, Modi emphasized the importance of unity and national integrity, drawing inspiration from Sardar Patel, India’s first Home Minister, who is often remembered as the architect of a united India.
