A high-voltage legal drama unfolded at a court in Patna on Saturday in connection with the June 2 coaching centre firing incident, as educator Faisal Khan—popularly known as Khan Sir—became the centre of a major controversy. The case, widely referred to as the Patna Coaching Firing Case, has triggered intense legal and public debate as investigations continue.

The situation escalated when Khan Sir appeared in court in relation to the ongoing investigation. While initial reports suggested a possible surrender, his legal team clarified that they would first move applications seeking anticipatory bail and other legal relief. Coaching Institute Raises Questions Over Police Action
Gyan Bindu Coaching has raised concerns over the pace of investigation in the Patna Coaching Firing Case. A representative, Varun, alleged that despite the FIR being registered more than 24 hours earlier, police had not taken swift action against Khan Sir.

Varun also alleged that Khan Sir has been absconding since the FIR was filed and is attempting to secure anticipatory bail. The investigation intensified after two security guards were detained. One of them allegedly confessed that firing took place during the incident, reportedly on instructions linked to Khan Sir.
