Apartment Purchased in Bandra West
Tejasswi Prakash new residence is located in Bandra West, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after areas. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the actress has purchased an apartment in Bay Heights on Krishna Chandra Marg, Bandra Reclamation.

The apartment spans approximately 1,304 square feet. She bought the property earlier this month from developer Excel Enterprises India Private Limited.
What Is the Price?
The actress reportedly paid ₹7.63 crore for the apartment. The property was officially registered on February 16, 2026. Tejasswi paid ₹38.15 lakh in stamp duty for the transaction.
Possession of the property is scheduled for November 29, 2030. The apartment also comes with two dedicated car parking spaces. Bandra West is already home to several prominent celebrities, making it a prime residential hub for public figures.
Tejasswi Prakash ’s Work Front
On the professional front, Tejasswi rose to nationwide fame after winning Bigg Boss 15. She later starred in the popular supernatural drama Naagin 6.
Currently, she is seen in the reality show Laughter Chefs, hosted by Bharti Singh. Her boyfriend, Karan Kundrra, is also part of the show.
