Just weeks ahead of Valentine’s Day 2026, last year’s highly talked-about romantic musical Saiyaara is quietly returning to cinema screens. Directed by Mohit Suri, the film turned newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda into overnight sensations and now offers audiences another chance to experience its poignant story on the big screen.
‘Saiyaara’ Re-Release: Where and When to Watch
Interestingly, the film’s re-release came without any official announcement. Nevertheless, showtimes have started appearing on major online ticketing platforms, indicating that the film is returning to select metro cities. Viewers in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Pune can currently book tickets, with Mumbai also offering weekend shows. In Delhi, screenings are scheduled until Wednesday. The re-release features lower ticket prices, making it more accessible to a wider audience.
The timing of the re-release is strategic, coinciding with Valentine’s Week, a fitting period for a film built around love, music, and emotional resilience.
Plot of ‘Saiyaara’
The story revolves around Krish (Ahaan Panday), a young man burdened by childhood trauma and career uncertainty. His life changes when he discovers a poetry notebook belonging to Vaani (Aneet Padda), a woman dealing with heartbreak after being left at the altar by Mahesh. Music becomes their shared language, gradually forming a deep emotional connection between them.

During its original theatrical run from July 18, 2025, Saiyaara enjoyed an extended run of over 50 days, earning more than ₹569.75 crore worldwide, according to trade analyst Sacnilk. Audiences praised its soulful soundtrack, heartfelt storytelling, and emotional depth.
Following its cinema success, the film debuted digitally on Netflix on September 12, 2025, where it continued to captivate viewers.
