Recently, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha welcomed a kid into their family. In a touching statement that included their child’s feet, the couple has now revealed the name of their firstborn. “Jalasya rūpam, premasya svarūpam — tatra eva Neer,” Parineeti posted on Instagram. An endless trickle of life brought serenity to our hearts. We gave him the name “𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗿”—pure, heavenly, and boundless.”
Neer is undoubtedly a unique name for Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s first child.
Since the birth of their baby boy on October 19, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha have been embracing a new chapter in their lives.
The couple originally announced the good news in a combined Instagram message that said, “He’s finally here!” The couple called themselves “overjoyed.” Our little boy. We are literally unable to recall the past! Our hearts are fuller when our arms are full. We had each other at first, and now we have everything.
Since they became engaged in May 2023 at Kapurthala House in New Delhi, their romance has been well publicized. They were married in a lavish ceremony at The Leela Palace in Udaipur a few months later, in September 2023.
When Raghav appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show earlier this year, he even made a lighthearted remark about wanting to grow their family. Through a charming social media post, the couple formally announced Parineeti’s pregnancy by August.

Parineeti’s Jovial Perspective on Motherhood Parineeti has maintained her sense of humor despite adjusting to her new responsibilities.
She previously reposted a video from Andaz Apna Apna on Instagram Stories, which features Aamir Khan laughing uncontrollably before breaking down in tears. The final words of the joke are “Khatam (finished, tata bye bye).”
She encapsulated her emotional journey as a first-time mother in the caption, writing, “Me, realizing that I am a full-fledged mother now and not just pregnant anymore.”
