Kareena Kapoor posts a nostalgic Kapoor family photo, shares personal selfies, and updates fans on her 68th film, Daayra, on social media.
Mumbai: Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan tweeted an extremely old photo from her large Bollywood family’s archives, taking fans on a trip down memory lane.
The actress posted a family photo of the Kapoor clan that included every member of her family. The photo included all of the elder Kapoor members, including her famous grandfather Raj Kapoor, her famous parents Randhir Kapoor and Babita, Uncle Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Shashi Kapoor and wife Jennifer Kendal, and Rajiv Kapoor and wife.
It appears that Raj Kapoor and grandmother Krishna Kapoor are holding baby Kareena and baby Ridhima Kapoor Sahni, who is the sister of Ranbir Kapoor and the daughter of Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, respectively. Karisma Kapoor, a little older, is seated close to her grandparents. “The roots, the legacy” is how Kareena captioned the image.

Kareena uploaded the photo as part of a carousel post that included other pictures that gave fans a glimpse into her life, and it caused a wave of nostalgia. The actress provided a personal glimpse into her world by posting a variety of “bits and bobs” from her daily life on social media. Kareena’s unguarded selfies, a charming old photo of her sister Karisma Kapoor, affectionate moments with husband Saif Ali Khan, and treasured photos of her parents were all included in the collection.

“Car selfies hit different” is the description for the first picture, which features the actress making a cheeky pout in a car. “I still have that dress” is written under a photo of Kareena twinning with her sister Karisma in the following throwback. Saif Ali Khan is seen standing on the beach without a shirt in another photo, with the caption, “Not complaining about the view.”
Another photo shows Kareena’s mother, seasoned actress Babita Kapoor, putting on lipstick with the comment, “Mom’s glam, forever inspired.” The actress shared these adorable photos with the simple caption, “Some bits and bobs of my life.”
Regarding her career, Kareena recently announced on social media that she has started filming her 68th movie and included snippets from her first day on the set of Daayra.
“Day 1 of the 68th film, Daayra, with the most amazing @meghnagulzar and @therealprithvi,” she wrote as the caption. Send blessings and love (sic). Prithviraj Sukumaran also appears in “Daayra,” which is hailed as an engrossing crime-drama thriller.
