Indian Defense Major Secures Exclusive Manufacturing License
US-based defense technology company Powerus has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Indian defense manufacturer Paras Defence and Space Technologies. Under this agreement, Paras Defence will manufacture and commercialize the Guardian-1 high-speed counter-drone interceptor in India.
The agreement targets the growing demand for physical “hard-kill” counter-drone capabilities across Indian military borders. These anti-drone systems use battery-powered kinetic interceptors designed to destroy incoming rogue quadcopters and FPV drones.
