Nissan is gearing up to launch its first model of the year in India, the Gravite MPV, ahead of the Tekton SUV. The Gravite will be a compact MPV, essentially Nissan’s take on the Triber, but with distinct styling. While the overall silhouette resembles the Triber, the front-end design and other minor details have been refreshed to give the Gravite a unique look.
This launch will be the first of three new models Nissan plans to introduce in India this year.
Nissan Gravite MPV Features and Interior
The Gravite MPV will be equipped with modern features such as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an 8-inch touchscreen, cruise control, six airbags, and more. While the features are expected to be similar to the facelifted Triber, the interiors will receive subtle tweaks to differentiate it.

Engine Options and Pricing
Under the hood, the Gravite MPV will carry the same 1.0-liter naturally aspirated engine as the Triber, available with both manual and AMT automatic gearbox options. Nissan is not expected to offer a turbo petrol variant, but a CNG option could be introduced.
The expected starting price is around Rs 6 lakh, positioning the Gravite MPV as one of the most affordable compact MPVs in India. Its combination of features, practicality, and competitive pricing is expected to drive strong appeal among buyers. More details are expected to emerge closer to the launch.
