Budget will meet the aspirations of 8 crore people – Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma.

Farmers, women, youth and poor class got support – Resolution of developed Rajasthan will be fulfilled, Upliftment of the person standing at the last rung is the priority of the state government.

Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma said that the revised budget of the state government for the year 2024-25 will prove to be a milestone in realizing the concept of ‘Apna Agrani Rajasthan’. He said that in this budget, all sections including women, youth, farmers and the poor have been supported. Due to which the dream of developed Rajasthan will be given a concrete shape.

 

Shri Sharma was addressing a press conference on the revised budget year 2024-25 in the Assembly on Wednesday. He said that moving forward in the direction of the accomplishment of the guarantee of the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, we had expressed the will to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of the people in the Sankalp Patra, a glimpse of the strong intentions to fulfill those promises has been seen in this budget.

He said that the 8-crore people of the state have full faith in our government. We are committed to live up to this trust. He assured that the state government will fulfill every promise made in the Sankalp Patra.

Revenue increased due to efficient financial management in 6 months —

 

The Chief Minister said that in the last 6 months, our government has increased the revenue through its efficient financial management, which will help in controlling the financial deficit of the government in the coming time. He said that the previous government had made populist announcements without budgetary provision, but they could not be implemented on the ground.

On the contrary, our government has brought a budget with a vision, so that the benefits of the schemes can reach the person standing in the last row.

Roadmap from industry to infrastructure development in the budget —

 

Shri Sharma said that in this budget, a roadmap for the industrial development of the state has been prepared through industrial policy, export promotion policy, garment and apparel policy, warehousing policy, one district-one product policy.

Along with this, adequate provisions have been made in this budget for self-reliance in the energy sector, laying a network of roads and highways-expressways, expansion of air transport facilities, implementation of ERCP project, increasing the income of farmers, important changes in the field of education and green Rajasthan.
