The Punjab government is set to accelerate the implementation of the Rangla Punjab Vikas Scheme as Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema held a review meeting to assess the progress and preparations for the upcoming phase of the initiative.
According to information shared by AAP Punjab on its official X account, the Finance Minister reviewed the ongoing work and issued necessary directions to officials for the successful execution of the scheme.
Third Phase of Rangla Punjab Vikas Scheme From August 15
During the meeting, instructions were given to Deputy Commissioners regarding the third phase of the Rangla Punjab Vikas Scheme, which is scheduled to begin from August 15.
The officials were directed to ensure proper monitoring of development works and timely completion of projects under the scheme. The focus will remain on improving implementation at the ground level and ensuring benefits reach people across Punjab.

Officials Asked to Upload Project Photos
As part of the review process, directions were also issued to upload photographs of completed projects from the field. This step aims to improve transparency and track the progress of development initiatives.
