CM Bhajanlal Sharma Highlights Employment-Focused Education at Leadership Conclave 2026

Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma calls for blending tradition with technology in higher education and highlights employment initiatives, skill training, and internships for youth.

Jaipur, Rajasthan: Addressing the inaugural session of the All India Institutional Leadership Conclave-2026 at the Rajasthan International Centre, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma highlighted the state government’s commitment to making higher education more employment-oriented and skill-focused.

“Education must blend tradition with modernity. Our system should integrate artificial intelligence with knowledge of the Vedas, coding with Sanskrit, and robotics and nanotechnology alongside yoga and meditation,” Sharma said, stressing the importance of a holistic approach to learning.

The Chief Minister Bhajanlal underlined key priorities, including strengthening digital infrastructure in higher education institutions and promoting research and innovation.

On employment initiatives, Sharma shared that over one lakh government appointments have been made so far, with recruitment ongoing for 1.54 lakh posts. Additionally, a recruitment calendar has been released for another one lakh posts this year. He also noted that more than two lakh youths have secured private sector jobs, around 3.5 lakh students have received skill training, and over two lakh youths have been provided internships.

CM Bhajanlal Highlights Exam Reforms: 351 Exams Conducted Without Any Paper Leak

Regarding examination reforms, Bhajanlal  Sharma stated that 351 exams have been conducted during the current government’s tenure without a single paper leak, highlighting transparency and accountability in the education system.

Deputy Chief Minister Bhajanlal Premchand Bairwa added that institutional collaboration and leadership development would play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’.

The conclave emphasised a modern, integrated education approach designed to equip students with both traditional knowledge and cutting-edge skills, aiming to prepare Rajasthan’s youth for future challenges and employment opportunities.
