BJP and Congress leaders join Aam Aadmi Party ahead of Tarn Taran by-election, supporting Harmeet Singh Sandhu and strengthening AAP’s campaign

The Aam Aadmi Party got a big boost when a number of local figures from the BJP and Congress joined the party before the Tarn Taran by-election.

Baba Bikrant, who ran for the Municipal Corporation from the BJP, Harpreet Singh, who ran for the Congress, and Manjit Kaur, a well-known local personality, all officially joined the Aam Aadmi Party and said they will back AAP candidate Harmeet Singh Sandhu.

Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer, a member of Parliament, welcomed all of these leaders into the party with the help of Cabinet Minister Dr. Ravjot, MLAs Gurdeep Randhawa, Vijay Singla, Gurpreet GP, and other senior leaders. The leaders of the party gave a warm welcome to all the new members and thanked them for choosing to join the party’s beliefs.

Meet Hayer remarked that having all of these leaders in the Aam Aadmi Party will make it much stronger this time. He remarked that people are increasingly supporting politics that is pure and honest. “We are sure that Aam Aadmi Party candidate Harmeet Singh Sandhu will win this by-election by a large margin,” he said.

Meet Hayer further claimed that the people of Punjab have entirely turned their backs on the parties that have stolen from and ruined Punjab for years. The Aam Aadmi Party has become the people’s party by following the paths of growth, openness, and service to the public.

All of the new members said they fully believed in the Aam Aadmi Party’s principles and the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. They also promised to do everything they could to help the party’s mission of “Rangla Punjab.”
