Punjab Cabinet Approves Rangla Punjab Vikas Scheme Worth Rs 585 Crore for State Development
Chandigarh, April 24, 2025: In a major step toward improving the state’s infrastructure and public services, the Punjab Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, has given its approval for the implementation of the Rangla Punjab Vikas Scheme. The scheme, worth Rs 585 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, will focus on local-level development needs across Punjab’s districts.
The approval came during a meeting of the Council of Ministers, chaired by CM Bhagwant Singh Mann, at his official residence.
